Great place. Low prices and a lot to choose from. Stuff there is used but most of it looks brand new. Guys there are laid back while being professional. They know there stuff and if you got an idea of how you want your next home office/office building to look like, there the ones to talk to. Stop by and see what you think

This place was a rip off. They tried the old bait and switch routine on us. I purchased a reception unit from Ashley aka David who advised he was not giving me a good deal to get my business but rather to take the business from Gary's since they opened up across the street from him. I'd made sure they had my new cell phone number before I left the store in case they needed to contact me. The delivery guy's arrived on time (10:00am, two days later) at our office and began to unload an unsightly unit. I informed them that they'd brought the incorrect unit. They called in and advised me they would not be able to return later in the day with the correct equipment (no explination) but would have someone call me once they returned to the warehouse to reschedule. I never received a call. I called their offices at 1:00pm and left a message requesting a follow up within 30 minutes or a refund. I called again at 2:00pm and requested a refund. I was then transferred to Ashley/David who claimed to have called 4 times (I have caller id on every phone I own and he never called). Never once did he apologize for the inconvience, instead he went on to tell me how much of a deal he gave me. He said he would refund the monies and when I asked he mail a copy of the receipt, he refused and said I could come pick it up. I suggested his business would benefit from better customer service and he said his business was doing fine. I find that hard to believe since there were no other customers present in the 1 1/2 hours I spent at the location and the one call was from one of his family members. Are you kidding me? Although they have delayed my opening, I found an even better deal and TOPS offers excellent customer service, great products and fair prices. Dont't waste your time or !
Beware and make sure you have other options. Told me for weeks that they would help me with my cubicles and every call to them brought another excuse. Complete waste of time.
