I would love to give 5 stars based on fair prices and excellent customer service, but the shipping dept could use a little improvement in picking and packing. Due to poor packing the shipment arrived visibly damaged and was returned. I emailed the company and two days later, they delivered a replacement order. I was super happy until I found half of the order was replaced with a different brand product than the one I ordered. I notified customer service of the problem, and the next evening, I received a corrected (third) shipment with exactly the items I ordered, all safe and sound. Despite initial problems with the order, I would happily use them again due to their great customer service, prompt shipping, and fair prices.

I am changing my review. I received a bookshelf that was damaged, but had already put it together. I notified customer service and they fixed the problem immediately, refunding the total amount on my credit card. They were genuinely concerned about the mix-up and were very apologetic. Customer service was excellent. I would purchase from them again!
