My son ran off in the middle of shopping for a printer. He never came back, but the manager working there told me about a really cool store where I could buy a new one. After that, he showed me his collection of baby dolls. I've included a picture. I'm baby. I'm baby. I'm baby. I'm baby .

Chelsea is a true asset to your team. She helped me with an exchange and was extremely helpful and took time to make sure everything went smooth. She even assisted a coworker/ trainee on how to scan properly and gave a rationale, which I respect a lot and thrive on having managers of my own like that.
Found everything I needed but cashier needs better knowledge of products and should be more aware of scanned items.. I had to correct her.
Absolutely terrible experience at this Office Depot. Came in on a Monday night around 7:50pm to pickup an online order print out. With 4 employees working the store on a rather empty night, it took about 10 minutes to get someone over to bring over my print out. After that instructed to go pay at the checkout line for some manual cuts. It took 22 minutes for us to checkout because the employee working the cash register was 'new' and didn't know what to do. She kept asking for help and with 3 other employees no one was able to assist in a timely fashion. When someone did show up he entered in the wrong item, leaving the cash register employee confused. Absolutely infuriating. Poor management, the store owner should be fired for this location. Better management needs to make the checkout process much more efficient. I effectively wasted 35 minutes of my life for what should've been a simple 5 minute in and out. Never again, avoiding this place like the plague.
The weekend before memorial day 2020, I my printer, cables, laptop, and literally went on a search to find someone somewhere to help me reconnect my printer so I can scan docs and print from my laptop. After wasting 30 min listening to computers waiting for a human with BestBuy, just to hear the geek squad was closed due to covid. Now why was it NOT on the msg as to not waste 30 min of my time?! Then I went to Staples who said they only fix comp at the cust house, which was of course stopped due to covid as well. Well my laptop and printer was in my car, yet he was forbidden to touch it due to covid. So I asked why was he even there in the first place. Not sure what his answer even was. Finally after driving all over looking for an open computer store during the covid shut down, I vaguely remembered Office Depot/Max. There are only 2 in the entire upstate NY region. And when I fin got way out there, they were able and willing to help me. I was there for over an hr. The very patience and nice tech guy literally stayed 30 minutes after his shift was over to fin working on my printer and computer!! And he did all of this for only 10! So I wish to thank the dedicated tech guy for his help in successfully fixing/connecting my printer to my laptop so I could CONTINUE to work from home during the covid crisis!!
have purchased 3 higher priced products at this store and n dealt with 3 diff mgrs all of whom made the process informative and easy. this post about a failed product and the ease of returning under the manufacturer warranty...replacement product being delivered next-day. will update if the delivery goes awry. physical retail stores r not dead lol
Fantastic staff team! We were greeted within minutes of entering and Amer went and got our desk for us in the back room. He let us know that if the desk wasn’t in stock that they would ship it next day free of charge. Highly recommended.
Rates 0 stars - I am in my late 50s and one who rarely complains, My preference is to deal with person right there, so there is no surprise or politics from above staffer's level. When we plunk down hundreds of dollars and so-called manager does not want to give his full name, then we just cancelled the order and reported this sham site to our bank, PayPal, etc. It is no comparison to other professional stores in and outside this company.
