My family just used them for cremation, we didn't have a service or anything so I can't speak to that, but they were easy to work with after the passing and affordable.

The 0 star option is needed. Their director is the rudest person you will ever encounter, they tell you the owner will reach out personal and doesn't. But they reply to the reviews which we can't reply to in an attempt to look better. This is my first review ever, and I only am writing to try and save a family durning the hardest time of their lives, from making the same mistake I did. Use a quality place so your loved one can rest, someone who cares about your needs and respects them. This place is the worst I dont understand how they still have a license! From letting a distant relative steal a loved ones ashes in 2 different instances, to 2 different families, not allowing outside items to be brought in, and worst having a director who raises his voice to grieving families.
We had a wonderful experience with Aaron's. They were very affordable and didn't pressure us into spending more than we could. From the very first phone call until the end of the funeral, everyone was very professional, kind and caring. Jesse was especially helpful. I was impressed with the young men who came to pick up my mother and how respectful they were. Everything went as planned and on schedule.
Aaron's was great to work with & very accommodating to my family's needs. Thank you!

Aaron Mortuary if ripping families off. They are charging thousands of dollars more than similar caskets on Google with a word search for the word "caskets". FEDERAL LAW says funeral homes have to accept outside caskets and not charge anything to accept them. A refrigerator is 1000 with a cooling system, motor and a whole lot of shelves. How can an empty metal box at the funeral home be 4000 to 5000 but it is. Shop online for your casket before visiting the funeral home.
