Very slow, very hard to communicate with, receiving hours are from 6am to 11am and at 10:40am, we’ve waited 3 hours with no other trucks on the lot and still no sign of being unloaded. 10/10 will not return

Bad experience, don't load here the wire mesh will destroy all your straps, and none is willing to pay for your damages, long hours to load, waste of time.
We at Xtreme Xpress enjoy loading here. very nice people I find it strange that drivers and carriers would give a bad review to their customer. Drivers and carriers are service providers and do not purchase anything from this shipper. We at Xtreme Xpress realize we provide a service and we do it well. We dont expect our customers to service us. Keep up the good work WMC!!!

Way too ridiculous loading here... I won’t ever be grabbing another load from this place ever... something as easy as checking in they make you do there work and type all this over complicated info in the computer... then sit and wait while I’m the only truck sitting here while 2 guys inspect a forklift and looks they aren’t accomplishing nothing but standing around
