Calvin Smith was awesome. I came in looking for a home sauna and his knowledge, friendliness, and receptiveness were on point. He even explained the new advances in Infra-red technology that I had no idea about. I was bummed when I found out they were out of stock. Normally I would find somewhere else that had them in stock and not wait, but because our interaction was so positive I purchased the Sauna on back order through Galaxy and I am now patiently waiting.

Satisfied with the second sales person I worked with the first sales lady was not interested in helping me with what I was looking for and the delivery date I was wanting, the second sales person when I returned with my wife was much more helpful and got me what I was looking for. Now it’s time for delivery and “because of the weather” they are pushing my delivery date a week! This is unsatisfactory if you set a date and a customer pays for the date and the entire play set up front along with instillation fees then come hell or high water you keep the instillation date or offer some type of compensation for the inconvenience. If you pay for a service the company should deliver that service. Looks like I will be looking else where in the future and WILL NOT recommend this unprofessional establishment to anyone including my mortal enemy. UPDATE: after further conversations with individuals at this establishment ( Vicki and Cassandra) they explained how their process works and I have an understanding of their operations. They where top notch! Now as for their district manager (Calvin) that is another story. It is not “ because of the weather” that I’m upset it is because I was not informed until the day of delivery. At the very least it should be a 24 hour notification so schedules can be adjusted. It is in the installation agreement that I was accused of not reading by the district manager, who after speaking to on the phone twice I can see where the unprofessionalism in the district stems from, as displayed by the first salesperson. Oh, and to whom it may concern...I read this review as I wrote it as well.
