I had used Smith Brothers a while back when another company insisted that I needed a whole new heat and air system. Smith Brothers foreman, Mike, was honest and only put in a fan blower and saved me thousands of dollars. Now after using a 17 year old heat and air system, it was time to change and I knew I could trust Smith Brothers. Duane,the owner, came in and explained my options and we put in a new York system and it works great!! Quiet and very efficient and it has already saved us money on our first month with the A/C. Their service is impeccable and they back up their work. Duane and his sons work in the business and they are very courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Scheduling is pretty inconsistent, but it still didn't take long for them come out for the initial appointment. They also gave an expensive initial quote, but were very accommodating with price matching. The install of the AC unit was quick and really well done. A little old school, but very dependable and dedicated to service

Mike, Levi, Nicholas all showed up to take care of the issue. I couldn't get the heater to work, then I could not get the air conditioning to work either. They let me know the issue was my thermostat and rather than tell me they would be back with parts later to fix the problem, they gave me the option of fixing it myself for much less. A contractor who will put his customer's financial position ahead of his own gain is rare. And even though they dispatched three technicians, I was only billed for one service call. This is the second time I used Smith Brothers, and I will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs.
