I am thrilled with the results from my appointment at Southwest Orthotic Lab! Michele and Dennis did a thorough exam and evaluation and were able to properly diagnose several different issues with my feet. They were able to custom fit my new Brooks Adrenaline tennis shoes with a series of plates and wedges that have corrected the problems I was experiencing. I'm so appreciative of their level of professionalism and all the time they took to make sure I left completely thrilled with the results. I would 100% recommend Southwest Orthotic Lab to anyone in need of specialized foot care.

What an incredible experience. Michelle went out of her way to help. She called to see how the making and delivery of my orthotics could be accomplished in my narrow time frame. Everybody is very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. On top of this they have a good selection of shoes available for purchase especially for your problem. Not pushy, no up-selling. Great, great customer service, great place. Would give them a 10 if I could.

If you need walking/running shoes (& if you love Brooks!) go see Michelle. She will fit you with the BEST shoe for your activity. She also will take the time to look at different styles/colors with you and will cheerfully order anything you need if she doesn't have it in stock. Great experience!!! Oh and she sells the most WONDERFUL socks!!! She has made my daily 3-mile walk a breeze on my feet!!!
