This is the first time that I have used the service. I called in the morning and needed to pick up a rental car in less than 3 hours. The girl that picked me up was awesome! She got here earlier than she thought she would and was fun to talk to. Great service that I will keep in mind. Thank you.

Probably one of the worst taxi services I’ve ever had to deal with. 85% of the time I never end up getting a ride. They are very unorganized and very unhelpful. Wish they could make a change for I use taxi services all the time and they are the only ones available late at night. Never been more disappointed with a company in my life. Got off work at 2:50am and had to walk home and didn’t make it home until 7:45am. Don’t see why anyone would want to use 10/10 taxi. Get it together 10/10 taxi

Im only giving a one star because there's not an option for -5 stars review. My aunt pre-ordered a pick up from 1:45am from the bar we are at. It is now 2:28am and no one has showed up for our ride back to our hotel. So now we are outside the bar when its 57 degrees outside. Just got off the phone with the dispatch and was told they are still 12 miles out. So that makes them an hour plus late. When we asked for a discount we were told that they weren't able to do that. We will never use them again.

I took an uber from the airport to Ottawa but my mistake was thinking there would be uber service in Ottawa to get back to KCI. There was no uber service so I called Gregg's line. He answered and was able to get from Olathe to Ottawa in about 30 minutes, then to the airport in about 1 hr 15 mins with still plenty of time to make my flight. Had it not been for him, I would've missed the flight. Thanks, Gregg!!!

I have to say my experience riding with Gregg Katz was exceptional. It is becoming rare these days to find someone as passionate and dedicated to providing a service with the standard of excellence Gregg has perfected. He was on time, meaning early, a true gentleman, getting the door for me, professional, courteous and engaged in enjoyable conversation. In this world of scammers, rude individuals and stories of horrific experiences, I was pleased and instantly at ease and comfortable with Gregg from the moment we met. I truly felt like I had his undivided attention and was treated as equally as if I were a celebrity passenger, even though I'm a struggling single mom of three. I will definitely use Gregg's services again and would highly recommend him to everyone I know or even a complete stranger. Definitely a first class service and person. Five stars aren't enough to reflect the level of service I received. Thank you Gregg!
