The staff is always helpful from the front desk to the checkout counter and everyone in between. Each technician I have worked with has been able to answer any questions, explain procedures, and utilize my time well if a machine is being used by another patient. Dr. Grin is a master at thinking outside of the box, keeping track of longitudinal changes in eye function/physiology, and conferring with other drs. before recommending innovative strategies. He also is very clear in his explanations and directions and lets you know when a prescription is needed or if retail store readers will do the trick.

Grin Eye Care patient care is provided in a personal and on-time manner. The office staff are very courteous, helpful, and aware of the patients and their needs at all times. The medical staff and assistants are thorough in their testing and assessments and they enjoy interacting with the patients. I have been pleasantly pleased after making Grin Eye Care my source for eye care.

Wendy was the most unprofessional manager I have encountered asked to speak about becoming new patient last week and immediately she was rude to me. They need to find new managers because me and family and friends will NOT be coming back.On a good note One young front desk girl in particular was very helpful at the leawood location when I first talk to. other than that won’t be coming back.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. On time, wonderful staff (Krys and Reagan) wonderful Dr. J. Johnson. The whole time I was there I felt like the most important patient they had. Thorough exam, explained their findings and filed insurance with a 10 co-pay. BOOM.
