We tried to cancel our reservation because of the weather, so they kept our 50 and said we did not give them enough time, we tried calling the day before to reschedule but they said they make their rain decisions the day of the event and then never answer the voicemail or text messages the day of the event saying it takes 48 hours for a reply.
