I was looking for a female doctor in Olympia and found Dr. Carol Knowlton on my provider list. I called her office to make a new patient appointment and was put on hold for over 10 minutes - know one checked on me to see if I wanted to continue to hold and after almost 11 minutes someone came on the line and asked me if I was holding for a referral. If this is the way this clinic chooses to operate from the get go - I choose to find another doctor. Poor customer service is not the way to start a relationship with w new doctor.
