I have worked with Stefanie as both a lactation consultant as well as taken her childbirth class and have been very pleased as a result. Stefanie is kind and compassionate and taught me so much about breastfeeding after a rough start with my first. She patiently listened to all of my anxieties and questions around feeding my baby and helped me find solutions and learn how to breastfeed my baby. At a time that was very stressful and anxiety ridden I felt very seen and supported by Stefanie. When it was time to seek out resources for the birth of my second I remembered Stefanies kind nature and reached out to take a birthing class with her. Due to juggling childcare we opted for a one day class and it did not disappoint! Due to Covid the class was kept small and all couples were socially distanced around the room, wearing masks, which helped put me at ease. The class had a great combination of information from Stefanie, exercises to help prepare for labor and birth, and a companion workbook so you can look over what you’ve learned before the big day. Even as a second time parent it was really helpful to review what my options are when it comes to labor and birth. If you’re looking for compassionate and nurturing care in your parenting journey then look no further! I cannot recommend Stefanie and Foveo Birth enough.

Stefanie’s classes gave us the preparation and reassurance we needed to prepare for childbirth and breastfeeding! Her classes were thorough and included a lot of information I didn’t even know we needed! Her calm demeanor and caring personality was very comforting. I would definitely recommend working with her as you prepare for a new baby!
Stefanie's class was informative and fun. My spouse and I were first-time parents and it was very helpful going into delivery with some ideas of what to expect. Stefanie explained what to expect physically while in labor, but also what to expect mentally, emotionally, and what to expect if giving birth at a birthing center or hospital. She has a wide range of knowledge on birth and advised on what to expect for c-sections and epidurals as well. Overall we enjoyed the class and felt more prepared prior to delivery.
Stefanie was a great instructor for our birthing class. She answered all questions we had and gave some great tips on how to assist your partner through the labor process. Stefanie goes above and beyond when it comes to communication after the course. Anytime my wife has had a question she emails Stefanie and gets an answer back very quickly. I highly recommend Stefanie’s services for all new parents!
Stefanie was truly amazing. Her class was informative and we used many of the tools she taught us when our little boy arrived. I always had lactation questions once our son was born and I was able to reach out to her months later and she replied promptly with resources and suggestions. She is truly amazing and helps in any ways she can!
