Half stars are unfortunately not an option. Sue to COVID-19 rescheduling I’ve had to be in contact multiple times with (C)Kathy, office staff she is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL at best. During the most recent call, she continually interrupted and spoke over me and when brought to her attention, she interrupted me with argumentative tone and language. I will not be seeking seeking the dental attention needed from this office. I will be sure to tell anyone with teeth that I cross paths to stay far away from this office as well. I’ve already contacted the dentist who originally referred me. I hope Dr. Jackson reads the many negative reviews about his office staff and takes appropriate action. Word of mouth is powerful for both good and bad doc.

I had several surgeries of bone grafts and two surgeries of implants from this quack Jackson – all had to be removed by another oral surgeon because Jackson put in infected bone grafts and implants, this all under the direction of Mikkelson who kept 10K my cost for the teeth on the implants, which was never completed. BEWARE OF THESE TWO CROOKS, BOTH CRIMINAL AND THEY WORK TOGETHER. YOUR HEALTH IS IN DANGER, BEWARE OF JACKSON.

I was referred to Dr. Jackson to have a failed implant removed that I had placed over 10 years ago by a general dentist. Even though I knew logically it needed to be done, and I was tired of dealing with the pain and infection, I was extremely nervous and dreading it. Dr. Jackson and his assistants were all gentle, patient, and respectful with me and the care I received was excellent. I didn't feel a thing and I didn't even need to take ibuprofen after! I have hardly any swelling or soreness. I'm beyond happy with my care and recovery and happy to be moving forward with my treatment with someone who I feel comfortable and confident with.

Dr. Jackson and his staff are supportive, informative, skilled and knowledgeable. I am a complete wuss and crybaby when it comes to getting the needle poke; they responded with kindness and compassion. Most of all, they did outstanding work. I had a tooth extracted, a bone graft put in and a dental implant. They did a beautiful job. NO healing complications. The office staff has been great as well.
