Alaska Airlines makes traveling easy and relaxing! Thank you. Our flight was quicker than expected and the Alaska staff was really friendly.

Got there at 12:05pm to check bags and were informed we couldn't check bags until 12:30 because of lunch. Are you f**king kidding me?? There were at least 4 paying customers that had to sit around for 25 minutes doing nothing because nobody at Alaska was working. ... Imagine if this was any other business. "No, you can't check into your hotel room for 25 minutes because we're eating". Unacceptable.
