I saw Dr. Xu to help prepare my body for pregnancy, to help balance my hormones, increase my energy, and overall improve my health. When I was ready to begin trying to conceive I returned to continue to ensure my hormones were properly balanced. I conceived within my first cycle trying with Dr. Xu's assistance, despite having PCOS, hypothyroidism, type 1 diabetes, amongst other health issues. Dr. Xu swiftly recognized that I needed herbal support to assist with my thyroid and progesterone. I have followed with Dr. Xu for my first trimester, given that I have a complex medical history and need all the support my body can get. Dr. Xu is very professional. She has been cautious and wearing a mask since the beginning of covid, which is a huge comfort to me. She also asks for my feedback about needle placement, and I am never in any pain when she places the needles. She is such an expert and I am so grateful to have her here in Omaha! I can't say enough wonderful things.

I highly recommend the EBOM Clinic and Dr. Shi. Acupuncture has drastically improved my health. I had pain in my back, left shoulder, and in face. Also, I had trouble sleeping. After acupuncture sessions at EBOM my pain is gone and can sleep. I also recovered from toe surgery with less pain. A Many, many Thanks!
My friends recommended me to this place when I had issues with ovulation bleeding. Dr. Xu is very friendly and explained thing clearly to me the first time I went there. Additionally, Dr. Xu found out that I have digestive system problems and she helped me fixing it without my acknowledgement. When she saw me, she knew my problems based on seeing my front grey hair. This problem was fixed as well, but lately my coworkers and friends told me my grey hair is back again from the front. The problem came back again. I went there couple days ago and told her, she said she will prepare some tea for me to fix this problem. She is also flexible with scheduling. When my lower belly hurts, I went there without an appointment, but Dr.Xu still helped me! Moreover, when I have no money to pay her, she allows me to pay it whenever I have the money which is I feel bad sometimes. I was very thankful to have her.
I have had nerve pain in my leg ever since my knee surgery (5 years). After only 3 acupuncture visits it's gone! I also have pain in both shoulders and I am always repositioning myself at night. Again, after a very short time with Dr. Hu my pain is barely noticeable and my my arm movement is amazing. Dr. Hu talks about improving quality of life. He is a kind man with helpful suggestions. I can't say enough good things. If you have reservations about acupuncture but are dealing with pain, hesitate no longer. It's a win win.
Dr. Melody My experiences at this clinic have always been wonderful! Recently Melody has been giving my treatment, and I could not be more pleased. As a doctor myself, I was a bit skeptical, as she is so young, however she grew up with both parents as physicians in of the art and wisdom of Chinese Medicine. Even with her innate and experiential knowledge, she naturally connects and communicates with ease, why and what she is doing. I love the way I feel after my treatments for long standing intestinal issues, and have seen much improvements in my overall health, energy and intestinal motility. I will continue to work with Melody, balancing my body with this wonderful art of Acupuncture and herbs.
