I don't usually write reviews, but I can't recommend Jarel and Ducati Omaha enough. He helped me find an extremely obscure part for my Ducati Performance panniers. It was a simple part and only ended up being about 15, but I'd bet the hours invested in helping me find it were worth exponentially more. Ducati North America hadn't been able to find it. Other dealers weren't able to find it. The pannier manufacturers that Ducati had commissioned (Touratech) weren't able to find it. Ducati Omaha went above and beyond. I've also ordered lots of other accessories from them with a very positive experience, but this was definitely a standout experience. I have no doubt that their sales and service departments receive the same level of detail and attention.

Lax salesmen than let you enjoy the fine quality machines. I was not let down in being able to find a cafe racer and was in my own little slice of heaven.
I'd like to say Joel in the service department has given me one of the most outstanding customer service experiences. I ran into a problem with my M900, so I ended up speaking with Joel and he gladly stopped what he was doing, and kindly took some time to assist me with my obstacle. He was very polite and interested in helping me find a solution. I encourage anyone who reads this to please support this business. I am very pleased. Joel is the man!
This was among the best service experiences I’ve had in almost 20 years of riding. The technician, Joel, was friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual with my 9,000-mile Multistrada service. I really appreciate the attention to detail and for caring for my bike as much as I do.
