They NEVER answer the phone and rarely call you back unless you leave a msg and say I want to pay a bill, then they call back in minutes. They lie and say a script will have refills but it doesn't then they require an apt. each time, which gets expensive. This place is strictly a profit machine. There is a reason it's easy and fast to get appointments but they don't actually want to communicate otherwise. There is also a reason many good counselors left then they closed all locations but one.

Office manager Maria is always helpful and so cheerful. Dr. Sattar is always so caring. He listens to you and makes sure what he knows you need is taken care of. Alex is the best counselor he is very caring and kind, he really listens to what you tell him about. Both Dr Sattar and Alex are the best. I would never go anywhere else!!!!!

They never answer the phone. When you are on the brink of ending your own life bc you can’t get the treatment you need then this will be their fault. I want to quit but everyone else is full and this place doesn’t answer the phone. They should be shut down or figure out how to run a business properly. You guys are a joke
