My Primary Care Dr. retired at the end of the year. We selected a replacement closer to my home. I could not get in to see him. I was in a lot of pain. I called Physicians Clinic at Regency where my other Dr.. had been. Reception staff was very cooperative in getting me scheduled with Dr. Welstead the same day. He did an x-ray and I have a broken rib. He was very compassionate, understood the pain I was in, gave me instructions on what i could and should do, sent a scrip to my pharmacy. Talked about a few other things. Told me to come back in a month. Always nervous to see a new Dr., but Dr. Welstead made me feel very comfortable. I have found a new primary care who I am very comfortable with. Great first visit!!

Dr Walenz and her nurse and Dr Gibson and his team are beyond amazing every time I need anything! I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Their attention to detail, timeliness, kindness and follow up is above and beyond the rest!

Not impressed.I had an important test today with expected results.They called ten minutes before they closed and I called back 20 minutes later to find out they had no way to look up the records or get someone on the line who could.Why would they even call this late and provide no details of how to reach someone? Not good practice Hey guy I got your results we close on ten minute just wanted to let you know so you can stress out and if you call in ten minutes ...just stress out all night we'll call tomorrow .but just so you know we know something you don't .so talk to you later
