I am unsure how this company has so many 5 star ratings if their repairmen all use the mode of operation that Patrick used when he came to fix our garage door that was stuck. Although Patrick came within the stated time period by the Precision dispatcher, we did not receive an advance call as promised, but rather a sudden knock at the door. Patrick proceeded to inspect the garage door that had come off track as a result of the door getting caught on the tailgate of an SUV that was open in our garage. He also noticed that one spring was broken. He quickly informed me that I would need a new garage door because the bottom panel was bent and not available to be replaced. Rather, he would need to replace all of the panels that were available through his company. He got the door back on track and \patched\ the broken spring back together which made the door operational with no issues, but totally balked at just the idea of repairing it with new springs because he insisted that we needed a new door at a cost of 1450. By this time it was 9:30 at night and my wife and I said that we would talk about it and get back to him the next day. He proceeded to tell us that unless that we agreed to purchase the new door then that he would have to take the temporary fix off of the spring and he would leave. That is what we chose to have him do even though the door would no longer be operational. The next day we had another company come out and replace both springs at a cost of 235. Although there was some slight damage to that bottom panel of the door, it was not visible and the door was now fully functional. Patrick has a very unscrupulous way of doing business and should not be trusted.

Called at 4:45 on a Friday when garage door stopped working. Was told person would be out between 6 and 8 later that day, which was very surprising to me. Our technician, Shannon M. was out here by 6:30, so less than 2 hours from the time of our call. We ended up having to replace the garage door opener. Shannon worked in 0 degree weather and had everything finished up in about an hour. He did a fantastic job and the garage door is so quiet compared to before. Thank you!
My husband and I recently had our garage doors replaced. Josh and Shannon were the techs that did the work. My husband had only positive things to say about them and the way the project went. I'm really impressed with the result. We used to have no head room when the doors were open... the old tracks and openers filled up most of the space. Whether the doors are open or shut, now our garage is completely open! Love it! I recommend Precision Garage Door.
Had a very positive experience with Precision Omaha. Called on a Friday afternoon after a spring broke, and Shannon arrived within a couple hours. He inspected that evening and gave an honest, straight-forward rundown of my options and pricing for each. He also stayed to help lift the broken door so we could get the car out. I really appreciated the level of service, especially on a Friday evening!
