DON'T TAKE PICTURES ON THE SITE SERIOUSLY! I can't figure out a way to post on the Omaha Steaks site so here I am. We ordered a significant package deal as the COVID-19 virus had us concerned about meat and fish availability. Our package was to include a free ham. Ham was sold out so we received 12 free burgers. Also, I was to receive free shipping but showed up on my invoice. Contacted Omaha Steaks and shipping charge was removed. Keep in mind, we have ordered and gifted from Omaha Steaks and the current quality has suffered. We ordered: The Premier Selection 20 total items 2 (9 oz.) Boneless New York Strips - Were only about 1/2" thick and very low quality meat. If I had followed the Omaha Steaks cooking instructions, they would have turned to charcoal. Too thin. 2 (5 oz.) Filet Mignons - Pictures are amazing but these filets are 1/2 thick at the most. The pictures show a filet appearing to be quite substantial but what we received was very different. 2 (5 oz.) Top Sirloins - Haven't tried yet. 2 (4 oz.) Boneless Pork Chops - No flavor and tough even after marinating with my tried and true rub and very small. 4 (4 oz.) Omaha Steaks Burgers - Don't get me started here. The burgers in pictures show thick and juicy. These burgers are bit larger than 1/4" and are very tightly packed so makes them dry. Used my own seasonings to make them better without success. Kind of like hockey pucks. Fall apart when preparing and when on the grill. 4 (3 oz.) Gourmet Jumbo Franks - Well, these are ok. 4 (5.5 oz.) Stuffed Baked Potatoes - Take more than 40 minutes to cook through and not very flavorful. We followed the instructions but the bottom part of the potato was still hard. We also ordered the marinated salmon as a separate item and these are pretty darn good. All in all, you get a bunch of overpriced average meat that can be found in stores and better quality. The only benefit is delivering to your home.

I never received a steak that was less than perfect, if you did, I know the company has a 100% Guarantee. You should have called or tried before leaving a negative comment. I have signed up online for the Steak-lover Rewards Program and I receive FREE gourmet food, huge savings Off coupons and sometimes free shipping. Heard great things about the store in Annapolis, MD. So I dropped by today, the store was immaculate, everyone was so polite and very knowledgeable about all the questions I had about different offers. They also informed me about the in store sign up for the specials specials, coupons and deals. So I signed up for that too. A customer came in and used her Discovery Rewards and walked out with over 100.00 of free steaks with those rewards. Said for every 20.00 in rewards she receives 30.00 to use at Omaha. We're having Omaha steaks tonight with their stuffed baked potatoes, makes a fast, easy and delicious combo. The grill is hot so dinner will be ready 15 minutes. Aren't you drooling for a tender juicy steak? LOL

I got some as a gift, they were a bit small, but I assume that's probably the size you're supposed to eat anyway. All the meats were delicious.
