I caved for the overpriced convenience. I ordered two surf and turf meals for relatives this Christmas. The first arrived as expected. The filet thicknesses varied widely in the package, and the (7 oz.) lobster skewers are minuscule. Combined, they might make up one decent sized lobster tail. The second was delayed, first by one day (I was appropriately notified), but then didn't show up on the day they said it'd be delivered. As my relative was leaving town on the expected day of delivery, there's no way for him to get the perishable package if/when it's actually delivered. Omaha Steak refused a refund, instead suggesting that someone else pick it up. Sorry, not expecting someone else - during COVID - to pick up and properly store perishable food for two weeks. While it was quick and easy to order (and pay), I'm afraid that's all you get - convenience on the front end. The food quality isn't commensurate with the price, delivery is suspect, and customer service was lacking. I won't fall for this again.

I am disappointed in the customer service given by the older woman working today. Unfortunately did not get her name. No where on the website, google, or the store doors does it indicated that it is curbside only. She waited till I got to my car to say in a condescending tone, “we haven’t let people in this store for two months now ma’am.” Due to the novel covid 19 virus, I am well aware that stores have been closed and limiting customers in the store. I hate to say I will no longer do business with store again nor should you. Want better customer service, there’s a Harris Teeter across the street.

Waste of time. Come prepared with bar codes and package selections from online or you pay the store their individual rate. Will stick with online. Waste of a 30 mile drive. Not interested in store feedback!! Have package deals available. I don’t want to google search deals while someone breaths down my Throat. Its like a bar who has no beer menu and a waitress who doesn’t know what is on tap. Stupid.

I placed my first order due to local meat shortages. It arrived on time. However, I found the baked chicken breast (prepared per package label) to be rubbery and the seasoning was horrendous. I was suspicious when I saw the chicken breast is about 1/4 inch thick NOT as pictured online. I just hope the other items are better but I doubt it. The raw breasts are super thin and the filet mignon looks a little fatty. I will avoid Omaha Steaks in the future and suggest you do the same.

Whipped potatoes were horrible, sirloin steak chewy, fatty, tough and we threw it away. Pork chops and tenderloin were good. Apple tart was very good. How do I get compensated for horrible potatoes and sirloin steak?
