Had a very nice shopping experience with Ling. Would highly recommend buying from this store as they can do it all for you, including ship off for service and/or clean and make bracelet changes. Everyone helping in the store was very professional and willing to answer all questions.

We visited store today and asked about a ring in the display window. We were “confronted by a Asian lady that was the salesman. We were told the ring was not available. Really? It’s in the window. The salesman was cold. And Had no interest in helping up us. It like she was too lazy to make the effort. We will not be returning to this store.
