We have our family reunion out here every year. It's a really nice place plenty of room. The camp ground is great! We love it.

I don't necessarily dislike the park, it's was very well kept up and clean, the staff was friendly. I picture camping in a site where your neighbors are not that close and it is just peaceful and quiet and relaxing but to our surprise the each camp site was way, way too close. We just couldn't believe it. Yes it was our first time camping in a very very long time lol. We pulled into our sure and we just couldn't believe it. It really wasn't what we expected. I'm sure not all came sites are like this, as far as each site being this close. Some people might like camping like this but it just wasn't for us. The camp site is nice though.

Large park for playing outside games with your family. There are grills and picnic tables everywhere. They also have a play area with swings. Bathrooms also have showers. There is also a concession stand to buy snacks and treats. Then there is the beach.

Awesome state park. Clean water. Clean picnic area. Concession stand is up and running with floater rentals. Not crowded at all. Everyone who was there were keeping pretty socially distant. In the heart of Irish Hills. Bonus. They reopened a mini golf course and Stagecoach Stop.

Found us a nice wooded site in the East Loop towards the back. Pad was level and easy to get in to. Trees towards back could have used a bit of trimming but all was 9kay.
