Went Wednesday afternoon. After my session. I ask what his schedule was like Friday. He said anytime after 7pm was good. So i told him put me down from 7pm to 8pm. He was working with a kid so I didn't expect him to go log it in a book right away. But at least remember to put me down after working with kid since that's valuable time. I Went Friday at 7pm to be told he never put me down and gave the time to somebody else. Well big waste of my time. He told me to go to In & Out down the street to have dinner and come back at 8pm. Smfh. I thought I found a good batting cage spot. A place I can go to every other day with my kids. I guess not. That's a 120 bucks a week he had guaranteed out the window. He needs help working the spot. Idk if I will every go back to that spot driving 30min out my way not knowing if I really have a spot really sucks.

Had an amazing time here at the batting cages! It was my first time coming here, however, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff member. He was a really cute young gentlemen who helped couple of my friends and myself at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and warm. He greeted us when we walked in and out. It was a welcoming environment with plenty of space and great music that livened up the cages. I would highly recommend this location to beginners and those whom are experienced. Definitely coming back!

Kristy is the best. Great, positive pitching coach.

Great place! Took my 7 yr. old grandson there to work on his swing. My husband and I were very impressed with the set up, the safety and the coaches. We especially liked the way Jerry Alfaro interacted with our grandson, as well as the other children he was working with during private lessons. We are definitely coming back!

Explanation: Ready for some constructive criticism? First time here and I wasn't really welcomed. The young lady was busy on her phone. I feel a greeting would be nice and maybe ask if I've been there before. I had to ask how does this place work. The setup was a little different from what I was used too because it was all do it yourself but I was ok with that. I can load my own balls. However when my son and I left we weren't even acknowledged. A good bye or thank you for coming is the norm. I base my rating on my experience. I left feeling like that was a waste.
