Marc Zamora and the complete Tuff Shed staff went above and beyond with their service, from the moment we walked into their showroom, to the planning stages, and all the way thru to the installation. It was such a positive experience working with people who enjoy their job and are so positive to deal with. Communication throughout the whole experience with Marc was amazing. They were able to move our appointment up from the original due date and the shed was installed quickly and the team that showed up for installation was on time and did a fantastic job, very professional and cleaned up the yard after having to remove the old Tuff Shed that we grew out of. It was spotless when they left. We are very pleased with our new Tuff Shed and would recommend Tuff Shed to everyone!! Thanks again, Bill & Bobbi

The Tuff Shed staff was fantastic. Starting with Marc Z the sales rep. He was awesome during the planning and was always in great communication throughout the whole time. Thanks Marc, it was great working with you. The Shed was scheduled quick and the team showed up on time the day of installation. The installation guys were very professional, and cleaned up nicely. My family and I needed a shed and I was comparing different brands and material and happened to walk by a few Tuff shed examples at Home Depot. Build quality seemed great so I went to their website to design one. After using the configurator, I was promptly contacted by Angela Olsen. I read great reviews about another associate but Angela contacted me first and was courteous, professional, and to the point. She answered her phone right away and answered all my questions clearly. She was very knowledgeable about the products, she’d, and materials used to build. My wife and I happened to go to their warehouse to see the sheds first hand and also meet with Angela to revise some designs and get “women opinion.” We did adjust colors and my wife and her collaborated and within 20 minutes, financing and stuff was completed. Just like that, Angela booked our install for the earliest available. The sales people all appeared friendly and Angela is one of them. Don’t hesitate to work with Angela as she can offer a “woman’s” opinion especially when families are looking for storage options and the woman of the house is involved. Overall if or when we move, I will be going to Angela for another future shed for our future house.
I would use Tuff Shed again without hesitation. It was trouble-free! My experience was wonderful. I went back several times before installation with questions and small changes. Each time, they were gracious and welcoming!
David Santiago at Tuff Shed worked with me to customize a shed best suited for my needs. I had concerns as I wanted to get the largest shed possible with limited space. David went out of his way to make sure I had the perfect shed. The price quoted included everything needed; no hidden cost for upgrades or installation. I received a courtesy call that my delivery would be between 8 am and 11 am on my scheduled date. On that date I received a call from the installer at 7 am that he was on his way. So nice to not have to sit around all day waiting for them to arrive. The install was completed and the installers were gone by noon. Their attention to detail and the overall set up was great. I love the look and durability of the shed. The whole process from visiting the showroom to completed install was 7 days (which could have been less had I been available) and I couldn't be happier with my new shed!
