My experience with Video Pro Security / Anan Security has been frustrating. First of all, the software seems to have bugs/ issues where the screen goes in and out all the time. I have gotten so tired of calling them regarding this issue. Second of all, I always have to leave a message for a technician to call back. They do not appear to have technicians in house where they can address customers concerns right away. Third of all, the technical service hours are from 9-5 Monday-Friday only. If you have home CCTV problem, this service hours is not friendly to people who works. A true customer oriented company, they would incorporate time zones and before and after work hours to accommodate their customers. Finally, to top off the customer service, the customer representative would argue with you, to no end!!!
