I've been using this company since 2009. This is where I originally purchased my golf cart as well as had it serviced a few times over the years. They had always provided me with good pricing and quick turnarounds. Just recently, I had my cart in for new batteries as well as a few other minor items. Unfortunately, one of the parts was on backorder which caused my cart to get delayed for 1 1/2 weeks. I was a little upset since I wasn't informed of this and thought my cart would be ready much sooner. When I called in to check on the status, their general manager, Dennis, took the call and greatly apologized for the oversight and mistake. He graciously asked if he could review my service order with the service manager and then call me right back. Very shortly after, he called me and came up with an alternative (even better) option which allowed my cart to be ready in just a few days and for less money. The next day, Dennis sent me an email once again apologizing and wanted to make sure that I was now satisfied. The day after I picked up my cart he personally called me again to make sure that my expectations were met and thanked me for the business.

If you are looking a purchase a golf car. I strongly recommend Advantage Golf Cars to meet your needs. I recently purchased 2012 Cushman Hauler 1200 gas @ Advantage Golf Cars, Opa Locka, Fl. I walked on the lot I was asked to be helped right away. There were a variety of cars to choose from and the experience I had was great being assisted by sales associate and especially the General Manager Dennis Padilla. The customer service was over the top. What an amazing experience I had that day, it was “Divine”.

Recently purchased 2019 EZ-GO Express S4 gas @ Advantage Golf Carts, Miami. Really friendly staff and sales people. I was greeted the minute I stepped on the property and ask if I needed any help. They have a good variety of golf carts both gas/electric. Yully my sales person answered all my question and was very helpful and not pushy at all. The sales process was straight forward and took no time. I will be back to get some up grades from the parts dept soon. Thanks again Yully and Staff. About 2 weeks ago I called them to come and repair my golf cart. When they arrived they said it was a battery. No problem, put one in. Of course they did not have one and this is the SECOND TIME I HAVE PAID FOR A SERVICE CALL AND MY CART STILL DID NOT RUN WHEN THEY LEFT. Neither time did they have a battery. I bought a battery and had it installed. Guess what? That must not have been the only problem, because my cart still does not run. I called them yesterday and they were to call me back today to tell me when they could pick up my cart and whether or not they could bring me a loaner. Gainsville store did not call me back. Now I am two more days waiting to get a repairman. I paid 53 last time for nothing. If they did not want my business in The Villages why didn't they tell me when I called? I have tried to be a loyal customer . . . worst part is I use to work for them.
