Was able to get a couple nice spinning reels and a nice pole for surf fishing at a good price. The gear here is not Wal Mart level for 19.99...FYI. That is what I was upgrading from . Great supply of gear and helpful staff. Have returned a couple times. They have live bait.

Found this place when J&M was closed on Sunday. Now my go to place! Great selection, exceptional service and good prices! Had everything I needed to update my tackle to take my son surf fishing. We caught 24 fish out of the 3 mornings we went. They have live & frozen bait, lined our reels, bought a new rod/reel and had pre-made bottom rigs. They answered all my questions and hooked me up w everything I needed. Definitely worth a visit for all your fishin needs! Will see you guys again soon!

Friendly folks inside and decent selection of what I was looking for. Unfortunately, even with statewide mask mandate in place in AL through August, not a single employee to be found with one on. Very disappointing and somewhat unexpected in such a tourist-centric location. In the words of the University Medical Center, wear a damn mask.
