This was my first (and hopefully only) experience with the Orange County small claims court system, and as a newbie the sheer magnitude and complexity of the bureaucracy seemed at first daunting. Given that, I consider myself blessed that Michael Danley was my process server. His website, which explained the process both clearly and concisely, provided excellent preparation for our face-to-face encounter. That is not to suggest Mike substitutes this resource for the personal touch; far from it! Rather, personal engagement is clearly his forte. His commitment to his clients is demonstrated by promptly returned telephone calls, frequent updates and very helpful personal anecdotes which provide insights into the system, and what one might experience in navigating it. It is clear even to a neophyte that his years of experience have provided him a decided edge in serving subpoenas and that, coupled with his professional tenacity and personal service, have earned him my respect and profound gratitude.
