Spoke with Jebran while I was in the store and had a really nice chat with him as the store was slow during the weekday afternoon while I was there. Great guy and I truly wish him all the best. I ended up picking out some beautiful gold earrings for my wife for our upcoming anniversary. I’m sure she is going to be ecstatic and I’m ecstatic about the price and customer service I received.

Aggressive and rude sales staff... I constantly warn friends and family not to go here. Absolutely the worst service I’ve had while shopping for rings. Classless service! If you don’t mind rude, sloppy, and arrogant consultants you’ll have a great time here otherwise go somewhere else. Manager was the same way. I had a bit over 5k in cash to spend and they both kept trying to force me to run credit apps haha! Maybe since it’s an outlet the employees are from the bottom of the barrel.
