I was finally able to sell my business and it was thanks to the Andre at UBI. Finding buyers was a huge challenge and he was able to do it. What made this sale even harder was the fact that just as were were about to open escrow the coronavirus decided to crash the party. Understandably the buyers were then becoming hesitant and wanted to hold off the opening of escrow. Despite all of this, Andre worked tirelessly to reassure the buyers and ensure that the sale go through and in fact it did, I couldn't be happier with the service I received. For me communication is important and its something that I really appreciated from Andre, he was in contact with me almost every 2 days to provide updates and to check in. If you're trying to sell your business I highly recommend using UBI.

Tried to purchase a business for sale. Terry Dramitinos was the person who wasted my time. No follow up after i sent several emails and made 2 calls. I filled out all the forms. Seems like a scam or just lazy? Anyways feel bad for the seller of the business

Beware of contacting this place and Terry Dramitinos and Suzie Sales. They will send you an NDA and gather your info. After that they will pretend like they have not received it. Also if you are a seller, I would not use this place. They do not follow up with buyers.
