This shop is a 10. They installed an Agile Off Road RIP suspension kit on my 2019 Sprinter van and did a great job. The charge for the work was very reasonable, much lower than I expected.

Katie & her Dad were very helpful in getting me loaded & back on the road for a 2000 mile trip. I couldn't have loaded this vintage RV without them, they came up with the plan & executed.
The team at Oregon Light Truck & RV totally saved us, and in record time—despite being so popular / busy!! I’m a first time RV renter and we were in the middle of a family vacation when our fuel pump failed. Not only did the team fix our problem at a very fair price, they gave us all-around first-class service going above and beyond as we were temporarily stranded due to the needed repair. And of course, they checked our brakes, tire pressure, changed our oil, etc. I’m so thankful we discovered Oregon Light Truck & RV!! I highly recommend them!! Thank you Katie, Drew, Clint, Jessica, Dave and the whole team!!
Awesome Shop we had our tow hitch installed here and after our RV mechanic (Jason at Mike's RV Service) referred us there for that job, he also said he would recommend them for any of the chassis work we may need in the future he is the only one I trust to correctly fix the inside of our home! and now Oregon light truck and RV are the only ones I trust to correctly and honestly fix the rest of our home Life is good when you find folks you can trust! God bless both of these shops for the help they have and will give to folks like my wife and I
They are the best always busy, and yet the turnaround is quick, also very honest, never try to upsell the job.
Revised post. I re-rated this for us from 4 stars to 5 stars because when I took my rig in to have the dash brake indicator installed they not only did the usual great job but they didn’t charge me. So satisfied. First post: Had a baseplate and wiring and Air Force One brake system installed in my rig and CRV. Went very well. Management seems to really be on top of things. Two of the guys at the counter seem lost but the main guy and the top lady are very experienced and knowledgeable. The gal that did the install was wonderful and made a point of being sure I was happy. All positive except - The brake controller install includes a light on the back of the toad mirror to let the rig driver know if it’s working. They didn’t install that and didn’t discuss it with me before I got my rig. And didn’t give me the parts till the next day when I asked. When asked if this was their policy or an oversight I got a “Thats not our policy but they don’t work very well and we have lots of problems” answer. I suspect they forgot and are covering tho they may be right. If I want it or a rig dash light instead I have to drive my rig and toad back to the shop. Wish we had had a chance to discuss before I picked it up. It’s in storage now. What a pain.
Dave and Katie went above and beyond our expectations. If you have an RV and your experiencing problems they are the place to take it if you want great results.
I’ve used many shops in my travels as a full-time RV’er, (as well as a retired diesel mechanic/Fleet Manager) and can say unequivocally that Dave, Katie and “the crew” are hands-down the most honest, knowledgeable, & professional shop I’ve used in my 8 years “on the road”. Thank you all for the outstanding care I receive every time I bring my motor home into your shop.
