The store manager Carlos was extremely rude and disrespectful. I purchased a Performance Tool Stud Extractor Part# W83203 and it didn’t even fit around the bolt on my truck. Granted I bought it from a different location but I was told that I could still bring it back even though it was opened... Carlos kept repeating himself saying that because I “used” the item her couldn’t return it. I tried to explain to him that I might did open it and tried to get it to fit over the bolt but I couldn’t get it figured out is which I didn’t “use” it. He kept trying to argue with me about the “use” of the item. He failed to realize that he allowed me to return a different bolt extractor set that he said was “CLEARLY” used. I know for a fact I didn’t use the item because I was changing the oil on my truck myself until I came across the stripped bolt. It is way to early in the day to be that rude about something so small... I just won’t return back to this store,! I dislike the fact that a lot of the auto part stores have employees that speak differently to women than men.

My man JC was one of the most helpful employees i have ever seen. I had problems with my battery, and he took the time to test and diagnose that it was the connection. He then proceeded to clean off my terminals and reconnect them, which made the battery work. He did this all free of charge. JC deserves a raise.
