I came this morning because a battery that I bought about a year ago was giving me problems and the gentleman who attended me was very kind to me and I use the battery guarantee and they gave me the new battery and he was very kind even helped me to upload the battery to my car. I recommend number one this store especially the attention of employees. I can not remember the name of the guy that helped me but i remember that was the manager.

Just went to price an air filter. Kristian didn't ask can I help you. I spoke to him and he didn't even speak back. I stood at the customer waiting for him to say something. He just said "What's up?" I didn't give him enough information about my car to look up my air filter correctly. So, he says to me once he finds the list of air filters, "I guess I have to read minds today." He is so rude!!! Something is going on with him. He needs some serious customer service training. Where is the store manager and district manager at this location? I need to speak to them both.
