The hub delivery driver for the sapulpa store can't seem to deliver parts on time. Paid for a part that was supposed to be there by 2:30 hasent showed up yet and it's 5:18. People doing car repairs need there parts to get the job done to be mobile and possibly get to work.

Nothing Is more frustrating than showing up to a store to set in the parking lot and wait for the employees to show up to open the door. If you want to open up at 8 o’clock that is fine. Advertise that you open 8 o’clock not 7:30.

Very helpful and polite and friendly. Parts were about same as online parts and didn't pay any shipping. We need these stores in our small towns to keep them and help stimulate economy. Anita
Picked up a spring leaf and thought there was 2 in set but there wasn't, and the guy helped me find one at another store. Very thankful for his help
