I visited here on 6/3/2020 looking for windshield wipers and the first thing I noticed was that despite the modest size of the store they carry a lot of products of various brands and that the store itself is clean and well-organized. Joel assisted me in finding the windshield wipers I needed and went above and beyond to explain to me the different price points and quality so that I could make an informed decision. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts, I really appreciate you and I look forward to coming back for my auto needs!
Absolutely love this O'Reillys. They always have the parts I need and are willing to help me out. What amazing patience they have, sometimes I'm human and get upset but they remain calm. 5 stars all day.

I went to O' Reilly's in Champlin and walked away feeling good about by visit. I was unsure if I really needed to replace my engine air filter, as recommended by Mida's. Joel waited on me and was informative, kind, polite and so helpful. He even took the time to show me how to check it myself.
