Excellent food.A great place to enjoy some Peruvian classics like Lomo Saltado with a Japanese twist.Price is right for the food quality.My favorited is the Tallarines a la Huancaina and also the Soyu Ramen. Service is quite good and plenty of tables. If you want to try something new or if you're looking for quality Peruvian food with a twist , this is your place. Good location in Orem , plenty of parking around.

I had such an excellent experience here. Rotisserie chicken was great and portions were so big I had to ask for boxes so I could take the rest home. Rotisserie chicken is usually just roasted but the way Mixturas does it is the right way. The chicken is just seasoned enough so you can appreciate all flavors. Highly recommend it
I’ve been driving passed mixturas every day and I finally decided to stop in and wow! Delicious! The menu has a lot of variety and everything we got was so good. I’m really excited to come back and try more items. The staff was very nice and gave great recommendations of what to try! I also noticed it was VERY clean!
Great restaurant . My favorite dish is "lomo saltado." They have great Peruvian food. I'm not really into Japanese food, but I see a lot of people ordering sushi and other things there, and I have heard positive comments from those people (they are a Peruvian-Japanese fusion restaurant, so they have some traditional Peruvian food, some traditional Japanese food, and some "fusion" food with both Japanese and Peruvian combined. . . I stick with the traditional Peruvian food). This is good place to get healthy, fresh food that tastes really good!
Awesome find! So glad to find another yummy place to eat. The combination of Peruvian and Japanese food is such a fresh concept to me! Looking forward to visit again!
I ate here for the first time and really enjoyed the food. They like to take the extra step with presentation while offering a good sized meal. It was very empty inside on a Saturday night. No wait, delicious food, I'll go again.
My wife and I tried Mixturas for the first time. We both had Lomo Saltado Nikkei...the beef and onion dish. It was fabulous. Wonderful flavors. And the service was terrific. You'll enjoy it.
Good music. Clean environment. Friendly staff. Great mix of Peruvian and Japanese food feels like I’m in two places at once The food was served at the time frame promised. They have Inca Kola in bottle which to me is better than can. Clean restrooms And nice decorations will bring the happy mood of eating at this restaurant Really recommend it.
