I originally I called on Friday and left a message. No one called back so I called again on Monday to schedule an appointment. Appointment was scheduled with office for Tuesday between 12 and 4. I called him on Tuesday at 2:30 to confirm the appointment and office lady said they don't have anything on schedule for me and everyone has already left work. Came home early from work to meet up with their tech. Disrespectful and a waste of my time.

Called on Thursday and set up appointment for Monday between 12 and 4. Took Monday afternoon off to be there. Said technician would call when on the way. Never got that call and no one ever showed up. No one from company has called since. Fixed the washer myself.
I called on Monday, 9/17, for service on a dryer that had stopped providing heat to dry the clothes. I spoke to a courteous young lady who scheduled the appointment for today. Dean arrived at the scheduled time and quickly determined the cause. He did a thorough cleaning of lint that had accumulated inside the bottom of the dryer, and then tested the heating mechanisms. He recognized the heating pickup was not working beyond the first cycle, and repaired it by replacing the gas coils, rather inexpensive parts that typically go bad after a number of years. He was very polite and explained what he was doing during the whole process. The price was reasonable and the dryer now works fine. I will definitely use their service again if needed and gladly refer them to anyone who asks me for reference.
I called Oakland Appliance Repair and received a text back within minutes. The service technician came to my house the next day during a time that fit my needs, had my fridge diagnosed in seconds, and repaired in less than a hour. I figured I would have to pay a substantial amount but was pleasantly surprised to hear that the cost was forty dollars less than what Sears was going to charge me just to get a technician out to my house. Prompt with call backs! Flexible appointment times! Honest Pricing! FIVE STARS!
I was referred to Dean by Lake Orion Plumbing/Heating/Cooling. I called Dean to leave a message and also sent a text message. He replied 10 minutes later and told me he could do 12:30-1:00. Roughly 25 minutes later, he told me he could do 12:15. The response time was great. Dean was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was also very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance repaired!
