This was my first time utilizing this KIA service center. I was greeted by two very pleasant employees who were friendly and welcoming. After I was asked a couple questions I was directed to the waiting area, it was clean and comfortable. There was actually a young man walking around cleaning he was very detailed. They offer a variety of snacks and beverages. I wish I had purchased my vehicle from here instead of HAWKINSON KIA worst mistake ever! Might be time for an upgrade. Overall pretty satisfied, will definitely come back to have my vehicle services taken care of.

Amazing!!!! This place .. I highly recommend! No wait, no hassle! Very very satisfying experience! Christian helped me out! He was very patient, very informative, wasn’t just trying to sell me anything, he explained everything in simple terms for me! Omg! I’ve already told my entire family to shop there!! Where to start...When the Kia K5 series was released, I knew one day that would be my next car. After a few months of research, and visiting different Kia Dealers, no one really gave me the time of day to explain what I was looking for and the price range. One day, I was surfing the web for deals on the K5 and found that International Kia of Orland (IKO) had a generous sale going on. I immediately called the IKO Dealership and was nicely assisted over the phone by Pearl. She had all the answers to my questions and booked me an appointment to come see the K5. Upon arriving, I was greeted at the front desk and was told that a rep would be with me shortly. Pearl came out and personally greeted me and ensured that I felt comfortable! I was paired up with Kevin, who was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! He made my experience there even better. He listened and understood what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the car I intended to get, but he helped me with looking at a different model of the K5 that was similar to what I was in the market. Long story short, Kevin is personable, easy to talk to, and cares about your interest as a customer. In the end, Kevin, Mike, and JP were able to help my family and I out with leaving IKO with a 2021 Kia K5. The experience and customer service was amazing and would recommend anyone and everyone to find your next Kia or car at IKO. Kevin, Mike, JP and/or Pearl: if you come across this review ever, I would like to say that I couldn't thank you enough for your assistance and willingness to make sure I left IKO happy. My family and I are so appreciative. Can't wait to do business with you all in the future again.
