Waiting over an hour to find out they put two people same first name and confused us. . So over an hour waiting and they are sorry but nothing being done I cut my therapy in half before I came just to be on time Just to sit all this time . They guaranteed me I was first appointment well that was wrong . Now I have to stay late at work because of them . Very unhappy !

Thanks to all that took the time for the reviews. Been to Palos before. Which was terrible years ago. Was going to try Tinley , but was on hold 45 mins. And after reading the reviews , it shows. I will not be going near this place. Thanks for the honest reviews. Helps a lot. Funny part on some of these reviews , oh they were so nice, but nothing about the service which should matter most. It’s your health people. Wow.

My experience with the Tinley Park location was absolutely wonderful. Sandra (Sandy) is phenomenal!!! She is so caring, patient and an overall loving person regardless of who you are or how you look., she handles everybody the same.. she's an awesome, very warm spirited person and I appreciate her so much!!! Thanks Sandy from the praying \whimpy\ CT patient :)

Getting an appointment is AWFUL (caps used intentionally). I had to call three times to finally get an appointment. The hold time is ridiculous regardless of when you call and they do not return calls. One time I called @5: 20( they close at 6) and stayed on hold the entire time , only to get an automated message after 6 letting me know they were closed! Really?! Any customer who holds that long should be serviced. Having said that, once you get there, the service is great. The staff is friendly, compassionate & appointments are timely. The worst part is scheduling. It used to be so much better, not sure what happened in the last year.
