My youngest has enjoyed the Little Dragon program. There are classes offered 6 days a week at different times. He loves it so much he has gone 5 days a week. Classes run on time and social distancing / cleaning procedures are followed. The kids are all treated fairly and have a great outlet for getting out extra energy. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Absolutely love these guys, everyone is very friendly here. Mrs. Erin always gives you a friendly welcome. Master Jared is an amazing teacher who is able to have both a respectful and fun class. 100% recommend this place.

EVERYTHING! I can not say enough good things about this place! To begin, the instructors (Sir’s) are truly one of a kind! Master Jared is extremely patient yet stern When needed in class. You will notice on the first day a difference in your child. Not only do they have a blast learning punches and kicks, but this school stresses focus of the body and mind, as well as Respect! The children learn to respect their parents, family members, teachers, peers, and selves! My son had trouble focusing, was extremely shy, and having difficulty in many other areas. Joon Lee and its wonderful staff has truly helped him in so many ways and I am forever thankful. He’s more focused at home and school, learning respect for all, and most importantly, it has taught him to come out of his shell. He now even goes up to random strangers in the store To say hello and to tell them how he’s moved up a belt! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Mrs. Erin (who Truly is one of the kindest, most helpful, caring individuals I’ve met) to the wonderful instructors, Master Jared as well as Master David (who is always smiling And makes you feel welcome the second you arrive) and students, you could not ask for a better staff or place for your child to learn and grow!

My son (6 years old) and I (35 year-old mother), have been taking classes at Joon Lee's for a little over a year now. We both enjoy the exercise and learning new skills. Master Jared and Grand Master Joon Lee have been the main instructors at our school in Orland Park for the past few months. They are both fantastic instructors for the many age ranges and abilities at the studio. When my son started he was not very coordinated and I see him improving each month. Not only is this exercise, but he has to stay focused in class, memorize belt creeds, forms, and children's home rules and has become a leader in Little Dragons where he loves to help teach the younger kids. You have the opportunity to test each month for a new belt and the process to become a black belt takes about two years. My youngest just turned three and I'm trying to convince my husband to let me sign him up. He's been watching from the sidelines for half his life, tried a trial class and was amazing. The kids learn so much self control because there are high expectations for them. I also highly recommend a birthday party at Joon Lee's (photos included). Master Jared will take first-time attendees and give them a shortened version of class in which everyone gets to break a board. All the parents loved the idea of watching their kids trying something new. The kids walk away feeling like super heroes.
