I am a new member of this location and all of my experiences were great prior to the last appointment. I have always had Jada for my therapist and always tip her generously. This particular session I booked a couples massage for myself and my boyfriend, the first disappointment was that when we checked in Jada didn’t acknowledge me at all or as her normal customer. She never spoke to me which made me very uncomfortable. I am a woman of height and I know I stand out. Also during the massage she serviced my boyfriend and still didn’t acknowledge me as a regular guest of hers. This has left me feeling not welcome as a customer!!

Worst massage experience ever. The massage therapist I was given was horrible and didnt literally soothe any pain or loosen any muscle. All he did was take his elbow and drove it into my back for 10 mins straight. Will not recommend to anyone with underlying back pains.

I never got a massage in my life, so I was kinda hesitant upon entering Massage Envy. I was greeted with the most blissful soul I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, Haneen. The way she greeted me and spoke to me with such enthusiasm and comfort made me felt I was in my mothers arms — suddenly I had zero hesitation. She explained the whole process with palpable detain as she recognized my ambivalence instantly. She answered every question I had with such care and knowledge. She made the whole process leading to the best alleviation of stress I’ve ever had. The masseuse, Flora, was so educated on the human body. She hit every spot with such accuracy as if she got her PhD in my body. I highly recommend this location.
