We have a regular service scheduled for prevention. At one time we a had consistent issue with ants coming from another condo. Each request call to Apex was responded to immediately by the office staff. A return call and visit from our regular guy, Lee, was always made in a timely manner. Lee is persistent and consistent in his efforts, answering questions and explaining procedures. I appreciate that he puts on shoe covers when he enters our home. We were referred to Apex and have referred others to Apex.

We had contacted a few other companies before Apex and ended up sending them away. From the moment we contacted Apex, their response turnaround was so fast. Javier came and did an assesment and was professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail our issue and what had to be done. When he came back to do the initial visit, he was thorough, professional and very friendly. We'd highly recommend Apex to anyone needing pest control.

I’ve used Apex Pest Control since buying my home in 2006. I’ve never had a reason to look for another pest control company in all that time because I’m completely satisfied with their service, especially my terrific technician, Lee. I’ve been virtually bug-free inside my home (with primarily outside perimeter treatments every 2-3 months), which not many can say in Florida! This is a very responsive, customer-oriented company — a unicorn in today’s business marketplace.
