wao I am surprised with this work I liked it when I started and I applied for production not for dishwashing, they put me on Thursday of dishwashers and on Friday I woke up with allergy in all hands today they put me back in dishwashers and I explain my situation to the Melissa supervises and dismisses me once without any reason that they lack professionalism. I show you how my hand was with the pink soap

I have worked for Behr’s Chocolates for more than 5 1/2 years. If you are willing to work hard and show Initiative you will go very far. I started at a entry level position and worked my way into management. This is a family run company with good work values! Plus you can’t beat the 6am -2:30pm shift Monday through Friday!
We make candy. How awesome is that! I have been with the company for many years now. My favorite item that we make is our caramel apple pie cookie, but our Heath caramel apple is a close second. I love that every day is different at the factory. The time seems to go by so fast. A great perk to working here is that we are usually done for the day around 2:30 PM, which gives you a nice afternoon with the family.
I've been with the company going on 10 years. What can I say I love it. If you like fast paced work and making a difference this is the job for you. I started out in production making chocolate bars and other confections. I moved up very quickly to production manager and did this for years. I am now in charge of maintenance and I love coming to work everyday. I see myself working no where else.
I am just a few short months away from working at Behr's Chocolates for nine years. I certainly would not be here for this long if I didn't love it! I had the privilege of working my way up in the company by starting at an entry level production position then made my way to assisting with the day to day operations. The people here are amazing, I absolutely love our Team! Management has always been kind to me and helped me grow through the years. I don't know where I would be today if it weren't for Behr's!
This is one of the most important chocolate factories in the southern states. Although it's delicious product mix is not available to the general public in the retail outlets such as supermarkets and specialllty stores, you may find it on the major theme parks in Central Florida. They have a great management team that is always available and willing to help and teach the new employees and the quality of it's finished products is second to no one in comparison to the mainstream manufactures. Btw: The hiring process is quick and payment is fair. It's a good place to learn on the job in America.
