Excellent service and well trained staff here. Very affordable and convenient location central to downtown and the sunrail. Very clean, no games here. Loved it.

I have always respect anyone opinion, but I get here for some good reviews, this place was one of the worst moments a had in long time, in side was nasty all over the room, I decide to cancel in the first 10 min but my mistake was leaving the keys inside the room, a the front desk the lady told me to have to gave her the magnetic key so I can be reimbursed, and that it was not her problem to the keys where inside the room. Emma it’s the name of that person ho gave to my wife and me the worst time, and I don’t know what happen with the money because wasn’t reimbursed

This place is no Good. They charge you 50 deposit, then when you check out they deduct 35. Charge you for the room cleaning and phone you didn't ask for. Then they falsify documents and say you agreed. They yell and talk to you nasty. They quick to call the police on you and lie on you. They call you the crazy one. They smile in your face and steal your money.. Shame shame, shame!!!!!

The place is nasty. No fridge or microwave. The staff and the owner are very rude. At 4 am the front desk calls me because the staff member that checked me in didn't give a pass for my truck. I had to get up and go to the front desk to deal with the owner. She was very rude. They charge 67 a night and also charge you 2 a day for wifi You can go to a better hotel with everything you need for a whole lot cheaper. Not a place for kids either. Nothing but drugs around there. Stay away. This place is no good.
