Signed up for Sunday delivery. Three phone calls I made to them after six weeks and I NEVER RECEIVED A PAPER. I cancelled and supposedly will get a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was sent to a supervisor for the wrong paper. What a joke. Save your money.

I order four papers for Thursday Sunday. I consistently have pieces missing from the papers; I want the coupons and ads. The coupons are usually missing one to three of the packets. My other issue is the website. I have logged in multiple times and it says I owe no money but today my account was suspended for lack of payment.... why??? You won’t take my money!!!! Orlando Sentinel delivery is awful. You will have to constantly stay on top of them for your correct paper insides and you’ll have to manage your billing because they cannot. ... and yes, I leave a tip in my payments. That means no excuses!

This service is terrible ! I didn’t received my news paper during 6 months, and with cheeky they noticed me about the renewal, as soon as I received the notification I called to request NOT RENEW the subscription. I asked first solve the problem about my before subscription, BUT THEY DIDN’T SOLVE ANYTHING, what they did was they debited the renewal, and even with the renewal we didn’t received the news paper.

Orlando Sentinel Home Delivery is the worst business to deal with in Orlando. You have to wonder why newspapers are going under. It's because of a business like this. If you have a complaint, especially about cost or how they change you, then the only person you can talk to is in the philippines. It is an Orlando hometown newspaper, so why would l want to speak to someone in a foreign country who doesn't care about cost or trying to cheat their customers? I asked for a supervisor from the U.S. and was told I would get a call back in 48 hrs. No one called, so it was just another brush off and a higher price I had to pay because I canceled and did not take the new subscription price. I got fed up with their dirty business tactics so I called to cancel. They kept trying to divert me to pay for another subscription. I had to argue with them so I could cancel. Then they have all these hidden fees and charges and they try to trick you into signing up for their high costs. The Orlando Sentinel does not care about their community or their loyal customers (which is one and the same). Here is why the local newspapers in this country are going under. Shame on you Orlando Sentinel for treating your community like manure.
