Walked into the Showroom not knowing what to expect and then Cindy welcomed us to Paradise. We had no intention of buying as the price range was above what we were looking for. But after the outstanding service from Cindy on the Paradise difference, we found an Outdoor Kitchen that met our needs and budget. Paradise was great working with us on our scheduled delivery as our patio was still under construction. The final product is great and we have no regrets. We absolutely recommend Paradise and make sure to find Cindy (now at Lake Nona).

This review should actually be Zero Stars, but Google won’t allow it. We have been waiting over 6 months to have the quality Grill and Bar Set we saw in the Showroom on Father’s Day! We refused the first Grill Cabinet, and the next two Bar Cabinets. The tile and tile work is bad, the craftmanship on the cabinets is bad(see attached pics). I had a independent tile/stone expert come and said it would cost almost 2000.00 to make the bar and grill tile work look presentable. Paradise Grills sent out their own inhouse Tech, and he said he could not fix it, so they reluctantly sent a new Bar unit, that when it arrived at our house was in worse shape than the first one. The Delivery and Setup guys said even they would refuse it. So we did refuse it. The third bar cabinet was supposed to be delivery on 12/22 in the AM, and they called after 3 hours of waiting, to say it would not be delivered till last that evening. We had plans, and could not accommodate. They said they would delivery next day 12/23, and they never showed up. The online app said it would be delivery on 12/24, and again they never showed up. Communications has been poor at best. What was supposed to be a enjoyable experience has turned into a nightmare.

Just left Paradise Grills and had a great experience. I have put much time into searching for a quality grill and island. I was skeptical about going in the beginning because the prices online were a little above average compared other companies. I meet with Mark, the sales manager and he explained to me in detail everything about the grills I was interested in. I have had several grills the last 30 years and none compare to the quality of the Paradise Grills. Understandably the grill were a little out my price range, but Mark worked with me and I was about to purchase the grill I really wanted at a price I could afford. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with Mark. The customer service was awesome.
