Serving Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Volusia, and Flagler counties, just last year 1,186 caring, adult volunteers gave 438,683 hours of service. That is more than $9.5 million worth of voluntary service back into our community. Volunteers who work with us have various opportunities to make a difference in their own community doing activities such as: - Reading to under-privileged youth - Mentoring children of all ages - Teaching children healthy habits - Meal packaging to assist with local hunger projects and homelessness issues - Providing support to families in hospitals - Preparing young children for Kindergarten - Prepare hot meals for the homeless - Teaching older adults about technology - and many many more opportunities!!!
