We purchased a deal that we had to listen to a presentation on buying into the condo here. The price was great and worth it. The location was great. The rooms were dated. Our shower leaked, and was in need of remodeling. When we toured a room during the presentation the room they showed us was newly remodeled and beautiful which made us question as potential buyers why we didn't get a new room. We had a lanai and a view of the pool which was very nice. Just keep in mind when getting this kind of room that the pool is open until 11 pm, which means noise and bright lights. Overall, this was an average stay.

One of the best experiences I have been through in my life. The place is a little city. Loved every moment I was there. Can't wait until next vacation, definitely got a favorite spot now.
Decent hotel. Studio villa was dated decoration wise but it suited our needs. Room was missing hair dryer and limited cutlery and dishes ( but being organized I brought my own) Loved sunset pool. Drafts restaurant was great too! We'd go back with family !
Room Is Awesome. The rooms aren't Very Soundproof which I don't really mind. Beautiful views. Only Downside is The fitness Center Closes at 4. And There's barely any parking! So If you leave the resort you might come back having to park 1 building over!!
I had a great, comfortable stay at Westgate! Most importantly: the staff was phenomenal. They're extremely friendly, courteous, with great problem-solving ability (I could tell they really cared). Everyone was super friendly. The suite was very luxurious and comfortable. The sales staff I should note was wonderful as well! I would absolutely return.
My family and I (4 of us) decided to stay at this hotel since cabana bay at universal studios was already full, best decision we could’ve made! When we first got there, we were greeted by kind staff who gave us a short tour of our room and the basic rules we were supposed to follow. The room was big and CLEAN! Clean towels, clean bathroom, beautiful balcony and full kitchen! The only reason why I gave this place 4 stars was because the rooms walls are kind of thin, so I can hear anything next door (which I have no problem with since my neighbors were very quiet) , and the technology is kind of old (maybe an update on the alarm clock and tv would be better?) the good thing was that Disney channel was on the TV so my sister and I could watch it together and weren’t bored. This place is unbelievably beautiful with a few downsides, but other than that great job west gates!
The rooms were nice and were perfect for our family. We didn't use any of the amenities because we spent our days out. There were a few issues, the first being the caliber of people...I would never bring my kids back here. The amount of pot we smelled all day every day was ridiculous! We returned to our room one day and it stunk like pot. It was coming through the vents. I called and they sent a girl with disinfectant spray. I could have done that myself. Other issues were our lights went on and off on their own, no broom, no strainer, patio door didn't lock, jacuzzi tub didn't work and the parking was terrible. If you decide to stay here ask to be away from the water park.
This timeshare is a staple of the Orlando I-Drive area. Close to theme parks & entertainment & food. This unit wad overlooking the pool area & on the 5th floor bldg 7. Balcony area is screened in as well & had the perfect view. The new water park is now open & just steps away from this bldg. Dining is available in the pool area, as well as inside the main check in building. A Starbucks , ice cream shop & other convenient dining options as well. Security is prevalent in the complex. Whether you stay overlooking the pool, Lake, or Waterpark.. there’s always something to keep you busy & entertained. Shopping & dining are also close to the Resort. Rates vary according to season.
